The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer spoilers follow for March 9 episode.

The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer made a triumphant return last night, with four famous faces stepping into the Bake Off tent to whip up some tantalizing treats for a very good cause.

Tonight's first episode saw Star Wars actress Daisy Ridley, Celebs Go Dating narrator Rob Beckett, singer and former Strictly Come Dancing star Alexandra Burke and The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice presenter Tom Allen trying their hands at some delicious bakes, and it's safe to say that some fared better than others.

The four bakers were tasked with serving up millionaire shortbread and a vegan chocolate raspberry tart, before tackling their pet hates in cake form for a special showstopper.

Following a rather impressive run, Alexandra was chosen by judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith as the episode's Star Baker.

But one of the biggest talking points of tonight's episode was Daisy's decision to bake a toilet cake – yep, that's a cake shaped and decorated like a toilet. While the other contestants tackled a car, a road sign and a bed, Daisy opted to construct a toilet to represent her bugbear of people leaving the toilet seat up.

Unfortunately, it didn't quite go to plan, as Daisy declared that her cake looked "horrid" and like "madness personified".

When the time came for judging, Paul and Prue admitted that it wasn't the tidiest looking concoction they'd ever seen, but they enjoyed the taste – even if there were still lumps of flour in the sponge.

Earlier in the episode, Daisy had declared her fear that "I'm that person – I'm the person that everybody laughs at!" before calling her millionaire shortbread "horrible" and accusing her tart of having a soggy bottom.

But while she may not be the Jedi Master of baking, Daisy certainly charmed viewers with her unique creations:
