Daisuke Ikeda filmed more in one week than most pros do in a year

We got familiar with Daisuke back in 2018 at the International Skateboarding Open contest in Nanjing, China. Here was a dude that could go toe-to-toe with the likes of Nyjah Huston on handrails, but could also spin 540s on the contest course quarterpipes.

Now check him out, putting down a three-plus minute part for his bearing sponsor, Bones Bearings:

"Disuke Ikeda came to California from Japan and this is what he did in one week. Daisuke did some tricks twice so that we could get both angles. Filmed by Vern Laird. Edited by Vitor Borger."

Damn. Dude's gonna be a threat to you lazy pros out there and aging contest skaters. Doing tricks twice is some pro-level ish. Switch front heel biggie is flawless.

Peep the Baker board, is he gonna be another heavy hitter with the squad under Reynolds? That last line is just icing on the cake.
