Dairy Queen Actually Made Blizzard-Scented Fall Candles

We discuss the hysteria surrounding the pumpkin spice latte a lot this time of year, but we rarely talk about how people lose their minds over scented candles every fall. (Why would we? We’re MyRecipes.)

But take it from me, our self-appointed expert on all things basic: It’s a thing.

If your house doesn’t smell like a PSL exploded all over a woodsy cabin on Thanksgiving, you might as well just retire your chunky knit sweater now.

Dairy Queen gets it: The chain just released a fall Blizzard-scented candle collection—and these scents sound pretty incredible, to be honest. The set includes five autumnal candles: Harvest Berry Pie Blizzard, Heath Caramel Brownie Blizzard, Pumpkin Pie Blizzard, Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard, and Snickers Blizzard.

“We’re excited for fans to fill their noses with delectable scents and delight their taste buds with red spoons of delicious flavor,” said Maria Hokanson, Executive Vice President of Marketing at American Dairy Queen, in a statement.

Here’s the bad news: DQ released the collection this morning and it’s already out of stock.

The five fall-inspired scents are available now in the form of actual, edible Blizzards, though, so you can console yourself accordingly.
