Why race ahead? Even though you've got lots to do today, your little one needs you to slow down. Dashing through the park means you can miss the friendly squirrel or pretty ladybug or apple tree in bloom. Let them take it all in.
Gemini
Get out and meet and mingle, both on the job and off. If you really want to be the center of attention at that big social event, just bring the little one. Their cuteness is sure to attract quite an admiring crowd.
Cancer
Easy does it today. There's a lot going on, but you'd rather stay in your shell and sit it out for a while. Which is okay, because you'll be back in the swim tomorrow, doing all that's necessary to get the family ready for the week ahead.
Leo
Today, the tyke might want to find a cause for a celebration, but you and your tyke don't need an excuse to throw a big shindig. Get out the silly hats and streamers and have a blast.

Take some care when communicating today. What you call simple logic may seem a little cold to your tyke. (If they start calling you Mrs. Spock, that will be the tip off.) Listen carefully when they express their feelings and be sure to validate them.
Libra
How do elephants communicate? By 'elephone! Today, you and your kiddo will enjoy a special outing. Take them to an undiscovered zoo or nature park or to an exhibit at the children's museum. You'll both find fascination in new sights and sounds.
Scorpio
It's very tempting to dip into the joint account so you can buy something your tyke really, really wants. But that would not go over well with the other half. If you use your head, you can come up with a more economical substitute.
Sagittarius
If you're not careful, you could wind up being all talk and no action today. If you issue a time out, make sure to follow up on it. Otherwise, the tyke will take the inconsistency as a sign it's okay to act up. Which is not okay at all.
Capricorn
You may find some people are less than reliable today, just when you have a soccer practice or dance recital or other project to organize. Fortunately, you know just who to call to fill in -- who won't let you down.
Aquarius
At-whay ou-yay ay-say? This is a good day to take a creative approach to communicating with your little one. Having fun with pig Latin or other word games will stimulate them to speak more and to learn new words. Plus it's fun!
Pisces
This will be a busy day, but productive. Counter-intuitively, the trick is to not focus on one major project. Instead, follow your instinct and do what feels most right. You can leave the heavy work for another day.
