You can liven up that chicken-breast sandwich by using mustard, pepperoncinis, red leaf lettuce or different types of breads, wraps, and rolls. Use your imagination; just stay away from mayo and cheese.

Gemini

Take a deep breath and chant your mantra should things overwhelm you today. Freaking out won't help you get through stressful situations. In fact, your anxiety could make things worse. So fortify your psyche with a cup of peppermint tea and little chocolate kisses. It may not seem like much, but it should get you through until quitting time.

An escalating feud with a friend or family member may cause you stress today, and lead to a spike in your blood pressure. But there are natural ways to keep you from blowing your top. Libra

You know you're flirting with a health disaster by eating those buckets of fried chicken. They may taste good but they're so bad! Some brands are now offering grilled versions, but they're loaded with sodium. So grill your own instead. Make your own barbecue sauce while you're at it, and after a while, you won't even miss fast food.

Scorpio

Subliminal thoughts can sometimes be the most dangerous. You may find that out today when a mental spark leads to a craving for unhealthy snacks. Those chocolate donuts dancing in your head will be hard to resist, and replacing them with thoughts of salads and fruit slices could be even harder. Expect this tug-of-war to last for the rest of the day.

Sagittarius

You may reach for the chunk white tuna for your post-workout blast today. But chunk white also contains almost three times more mercury than other types of tuna, and it's lower in Omega-3 fatty acids. Switch to canned salmon instead. It contains the same amount of protein, it's higher in healthy fatty acids and it has much less mercury.

Capricorn

If you're a vegetarian, or just not a meat eater, getting the protein your body needs can be a challenge. But you can overcome that obstacle by eating at least two servings of black beans a week. They're very high in protein and fiber but contain zero fat. Use them in chili or salads, or make a big pot of black-bean soup and freeze some for future meals.

Aquarius

You may be diligent about eating brown rice and wheat pasta, but you may crave something different today. So give quinoa a try. It has a light, mild flavor and is higher in protein and unsaturated fats than any other grain. It's also a great source of fiber and B vitamins, making it one of the world's healthiest foods.

Pisces

You may crave hard candy today, but you know it's not particularly good for your health or your waistline. So you may need to find a balance. If you must snack, go for those little red and white orbs of hard peppermint candy.
