Despite its reputation as a food of the gods, chocolate is vilified for its high fat and sugar contents. But learning the deeper facts about chocolate may have you breathing a little easier. It's also packed with the antioxidant flavanol, which can prevent certain cancers and keep arteries from clogging.

Cancer

Take your lunch outside, where you can savor the beauty of this spring day. Find a park bench or picnic table and watch the world go by. You may even want to eat as you stroll along a shady lane.
