Instant Pots

Instant Pot Smart

The most high-tech of them all, the Instant Pot Smart Wifi is getting the Amazon deal of the day treatment today. This version can be paired with your iPhone or Android, but the real perk is that you can create your own recipe scripts on your phone and upload them to the multi-cooker. Otherwise, it's pretty similar to the Duo, the main difference being that it has three different "keep warm" temperatures.

BUY IT: Instant Pot Smart, 6-Quart, $90 from Amazon (originally $150)

Toaster Ovens

Breville Smart Oven Compact

We love the Breville Smart Compact Convection because it's simple but still top-of-the-line. It has Element IQ, Breville's self-adjusting heat program and 8 cooking presets: toast, bagel, bake, roast, broil, pizza, cookies, and reheat. It's nice and small too, so if you usually cook for one or two, or just don't have a lot of counter space, this is your best bet.

BUY IT: Breville Smart Compact Convection Oven, $143 from Amazon (originally $180)

Breville Smart Oven Pro

The Smart Oven Pro is more advanced than the compact version above. It has 2 more cooking programs (grill and slow cook) and an interior oven light. It's much larger too—ideal for a household of 4 or more.

BUY IT: Breville Smart Oven Pro, $216 from Amazon (originally $280)

Breville Smart Oven with Air Fry

This guy has an air fryer component, so if you have dreams of making healthy French fries regularly, this is for you. It's also quite large (it claims to cook for up to 14 people), so make sure you have the counter real estate for it.

BUY IT: Breville BOV900BSS Smart Oven with Air Fry, $320 from Amazon (originally $400)

Food Processors

Breville Sous Chef 12

Our top-rated food processor, the Breville Sous Chef, is $240 (originally $300) on Amazon. As our product reviewer put it, the Breville Sous Chef 12-cup is the "right-hand man you've always wanted in the kitchen." It stands out for its power and assortment of thoughtful, user-driven design tweaks, like an easy-to-detach, leakproof work bowl. (See our full review here.)

<h1 class="title">OXO Coffee Maker</h1>

Electric & Stovetop Kettles

<h1 class="title">OXO Adjustable Temperature Electric Kettle</h1>

OXO Adjustable Temperature Electric Kettle

OXO Glass Electric Kettle

We love this kettle (and the less expensive option, which doesn't have the temperature control function). It'll bring 4 cups of water to a full boil in less than 5 minutes, and while not as precise as a gooseneck kettle, it has a neat pour, with a nice arch to the water flow and no leaking or spilling.

BUY IT: OXO On Cordless Glass Adjustable Temperature Electric Kettle, $80 from Amazon (originally $100)

BUY IT: OXO On Cordless Glass Electric Kettle, $64 from Amazon (originally $90)

<h1 class="title">oxo gooseneck kettle</h1>

oxo gooseneck kettle

OXO Pour-Over Kettle

If you're a pour-over coffee person, you need a proper gooseneck kettle. The variable temperature control on this OXO kettle allows you to heat water to the exact temperature at which you’re supposed to brew coffee and the thin spout allows you to evenly extract and pour in precise circles—both of which are integral to a balanced saturation, and thus improved aromas and flavors.

BUY IT: OXO Adjustable Temperature Pour-Over Kettle, $80 from Amazon (originally $100)

Coffee Grinders

<h1 class="title">oxo coffee grinder with scale</h1>

oxo coffee grinder with scale

<h1 class="title">Breville Juice Fountain Plus</h1><cite class="credit">Amazon</cite>

Breville Juice Fountain Plus

Amazon

Breville Juice Fountain Plus

Our favorite centrifugal juicer is down to $120 (originally $150). The Breville Juice Fountain Plus was one of the lightest juicers we tested and one of the few machines that has a lidded pulp collector and juice jug. It has an extra-wide feeder chute and two speeds—high is for dense produce like carrots, apples, and beets, while the low speed is for leafy vegetables and soft fruits like blueberries and peeled mangoes. (See our full review here.)

BUY IT: Breville Juice Fountain Plus, $94 from Amazon (originally $150)

Cast-Iron Skillets

<h1 class="title">Victoria Cast Iron Skillet</h1>

Victoria Cast Iron Skillet

Victoria 12-Inch Cast-Iron Pan

The Victoria was deemed the "best straight out of the box" pan in our cast-iron skillet test. The pre-seasoned coating is what won us over: food will simply not stick to its surface. This skillet has a long, thin handle that curves slightly upward and is easy to manage. The support handle is also a little bigger and easier to grip than the classic Lodge.

BUY IT: Victoria Large Pre-Seasoned 12-Inch Cast-Iron Skillet, $15 from Amazon (originally $25)
