After filling your e-carts with the best fashion, beauty, and, yes, even luggage deals, it feels good to give back. That's where Cuyana comes in. For the past 11 years, the direct-to-consumer brand has a reputation for making leather goods that are polished and practical in equal measure. In honor of Giving Tuesday, Cuyana is teaming up with Smart Works and its patron, Meghan Markle. Today, the brand is donating 500 of its Classic Structured Totes to Smart Works' career-driven women. For Cuyana, the partnership was a no-brainer.

"Giving back has always been at the core of our business—whether it is supporting communities of women, artisans, or our planet," Karla Gallardo, CEO of Cuyana, said in a statement. "This Giving Tuesday, we're so grateful to The Duchess and Smart Works for helping us advance this mission."

For the uninitiated, the British non-profit aims to bolster the confidence of women who are looking to pave their own way in the workforce. Since its founding in 2013, Smart Works has supported 25,000 individuals and, thanks to its new partnership with Cuyana, working women will have a new staple to add to their professional arsenal.

“Smart Works invests in women so they know they can thrive in any workplace, and Cuyana is a company that is by women and for women, so this feels like the perfect fit," Meghan, Duchess of Sussex said in a statement. "Similar to the Smart Set collection we created many years ago for Smart Works, this collaboration will support women in the UK as they mobilize back into the workforce. I am proud to bring these two together to further ourshared mission of uplifting and empowering women all around the globe.”

Made with an Italian leather—and manufactured in a women-owned factory in Turkey, which has been perfecting leather goods since the 15th century—this tote deserves to be shown off at your cubicle. (Plus, it's LWG Gold certified, which means it's been tanned responsibly.) Not only is this bag spacious enough to stow notebooks, laptops, and daily essentials, but it's also featured in two sizes and a total of seven color combinations. Business and pleasure with a good cause to boot? We certainly think so.
