Like a scene straight out of a Nicholas Sparks movie, Amanda and Nick's engagement session captures the quiet romance of summertime in small-town Missouri. On a hot summer weekend in July, the two made their way around Steelville nestled in the cab of a vintage GMC. Between the cutest local ice cream parlor and tree-lined dirt roads, Amanda and Nick shared stories and laughs (and of course, a few bites of ice cream!). The day ended at a secluded swimming hole off of the Meramec River. The couple lounged on the riverbank and waded in the crisp water until the sun began to set. As the engagement session concluded, we listened to Amanda and Nick tell us their sweet love story and plans for the future. The conversation was sincerely comfortable and inviting, much like the hidden gem of a town located inside the heart of Missouri.
