The blade of the Wine Barrel Steak Knife features the same innovative contemporary steak knife design that New West KnifeWorks is known for. The effortless cutting and edge retention on the steak knives comes from the razor sharp scalloped grooves between each tooth of the blade. The handle of the Wine Barrel Steak Knife is made from reclaimed French Oak wine barrels from Aperture Cellars, which not only adds a touch of elegance to the knives but also showcases the beauty of repurposing materials from the world of viticulture. The design combines ergonomic precision with the rustic charm of the wine barrel wood, making each knife a timeless collectors item and a conversation starter at any table.
