Chris Harrison is the guiding hand on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and The Bachelor Winter Games. You've probably deduced that Harrison is heavily involved in the personal lives of the people who appear on the various shows that he hosts (he's even officiated a bunch of their weddings), but you might not know as much about his personal life, or who he's dated. Here's everything to know about his romantic history, including who he was married to and who he's dating now.

Is Chris Harrison married?

Not anymore. Harrison was married to his high school sweetheart, Gwen, for 18 years. They announced their split in 2012 after being separated for a time. They share two children together.

After his divorce, Harrison began dating, but he told E! News he wasn't looking forward to the single life. "I guess I am a bachelor now, which scares the holy hell out of me—I'm not going to lie—because I haven't been one since the early '90s. And I thought those days were over—and I was happy to have them over!," he said. "I was never one of those married guys that was like, 'Man, I wish I was at the club at 4 a.m. with those guys! I am so happy to be home, I love my life at home."

Who has Chris Harrison dated?

It's hard to find much concrete information about Harrison's dating life post-split. On Reddit, former Bachelor contestant Ashley Spivey once said she went on a date with him.

"Chris started chatting with me a lot more after I appeared on Emily’s ATFR. Ashley and JP [Bachelorette couple Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum] kinda set us up. We were supposed to go on a double date to Babbo but they pulled out super last minute. I got nervous and invited Robyn Ross (formerly of TV Guide who knew him pretty well) and Graham Bunn who I love so much."

"But it was super obvious during the date that he wanted it to be a 1-on-1," she said. "Was a complete gentleman, paid for the whole meal, and is actually very genuine and fun when you get him in an environment off the show. (I did not like him at all during my season - he would come in and trash talk girls that had been eliminated.) We texted a lot after that. I think i even remember him asking if I would consider being his nanny but I would have never left Berly."

In 2012, Harrison went to a Justin Beiber concert with Beiber's mom, Pattie Mallette. The pair were set up by Ryan Seacrest, and after the concert, she tweeted about having a "great night" with the host.

In 2013, Harrison was reportedly dating Kelly Sarac, a California mom-of-three. The couple kept their relationship pretty low-key, and it's unknown how long they dated for and when they split.

In 2016, rumors were flying that Harrison was dating former Bachelor contestant AshLee Frazier. When he posted a photo with the caption, "Never know when or where you'll run into #BachelorFamily," some fans claimed that they were also spotted together at other events in Houston that weekend. In 2017, Frazier went on a podcast and said that, "If I can really say anything, we probably did crush on each other. Did it ever go anywhere? No."

Who is Chris Harrison dating now?

Currently, Harrison is dating ET correspondent Lauren Zima, and the two made their red carpet debut in January 2019 at Entertainment Weekly's pre-SAG Awards party.

Harrison had previously joked about being the "50-year-old bachelor" in case the show ever wanted him to move from host to contestant. But even though he never got to step into the title role of bachelor, the ABC show still had a hand in finding him a partner.
