Culture Kings Partners With McLaren and Mitchell & Ness for Las Vegas Grand Prix

Culture Kings has announced a partnership with McLaren and Mitchell & Ness for its in-store rollout. The news follows an announcement made earlier this year by McLaren and Michell & Ness on the creation of three limited-edition merchandise collections for 2023.

To kick off the second-to-last race of the 2023 calendar, the international streetwear brand is introducing exclusive race weekend immersive elements to continue with the brand’s “retailtainment” ethos. Notably, the pop-up also marks Culture Kings’ first-year anniversary of their U.S. flagship, which opened to the public last year.

“We’re excited to tap into the worldwide excitement that F1 draws,” said Jonathan Yuska, Culture Kings’ U.S. brand president. “At Culture Kings, we always put ‘retail-tainment’ on the forefront to provide fans with a unique experience that goes beyond retail — we lean into being disruptive and this will be no different. Synergistically, we’re also excited to celebrate one year since the opening of our first U.S. retail space, which debuted during last year’s F1 pre-weekend and where we got a preview of the global fanfare that such an event attracts. This time, we’re bringing consumer immersion to a new scale with everything from simulators to an exclusive collaboration with McLaren Racing and Mitchell & Ness, giving racing and streetwear fans alike a truly unforgettable experience.”

Starting Nov. 12, Culture Kings’ flagship in Sin City at Caesars Palace Forum shop will include everything from race simulators to heritage pieces. Legendary McLaren Formula 1 drivers Fernando Alonso’s 2007 McLaren helmet and David Coulthard’s 1999 overalls will be on display. Shoppers can also test their abilities on the track with McLaren Escape racing simulators.

The limited-edition McLaren x Mitchell & Ness x Culture Kings collection includes hoodies, T-shirts, jerseys and more. Throughout the weekend, fans can customize racing bomber jackets with patches at the Culture Kings Makers Lounge.

The Culture Kings Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix collection is available to purchase online starting on Nov. 1 and in person on Nov. 14. Prices range from $39 to $350.
