Imagine being as passionate about anything as Dr. Pimple Popper is about snipping out the sac of a cyst.

In a new video posted Thursday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—dermatologist and host of TLC's Dr. Pimple Popper—treats a patient with a big, crusty cyst. As she pulls the cyst's contents through the incision in the person's skin, Lee is audibly delighted about finding the sac. (As all avid Dr. Pimple Popper fans know, removing the sac decreases the chances of the cyst coming back.)

"Oh there we go, look at that, that's great, we got it!" Lee says as she manipulates the cyst with her tools.

"This right here is very gratifying, because this means I'm getting the whole thing—I don't have to worry about it coming back," she says.

As the pulls out more and more of the cyst, she also observes that the growth is larger than it looked from the outside. "It's always way bigger than you think it's going to be," she notes.

"Love when you get that sac!" one commenter wrote.

"The yellowy part looks like some type of crumbly cheese," another viewer pointed out—accurately, we're afraid to admit.
