Crowning Lupus awareness walk Saturday, May 4th

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) –One step at a time. That’s how Crowning Lupus is leading the way in lupus awareness through its participation in the annual South Carolina Lupus Walk.

The mission of Crowning Lupus is to ensure people living with lupus avoid health disparities through finance, education, and advocacy.

The 11th annual South Carolina Lupus Walk takes place Saturday, May 4th at Odell Weeks Park in Aiken. Check in starts at 8:00 in the morning. The walk starts at nine. Registration is $30.

Netflix announced during its Upfronts presentation on Wednesday that it's launching its own advertising technology platform only a year and a half after entering the ads business. This move pits it against other industry heavyweights with ad servers, like Google, Amazon and Comcast.
