CrossFitter Mat Fraser has partnered with Chipotle to come up with a burrito bowl for fitness-conscious customers who are missing the gym, and keen to avoid putting on the "quarantine 15" while self-isolating during the pandemic.

"We’re encouraging our fans to eat healthy their way with new menu options inspired by orders from some of our most influential fans in the fitness world," says a spokesperson for the popular fast food brand. After conducting a survey which found that 44 per cent of people had been neglecting their workouts in quarantine and 30 per cent were eating more junk food, Chipotle started rolling out this limited edition, fitness-friendly menu last month.

Fraser's protein-rich creation, which consists of double chicken, white rice, black beans, tomatillo red-chili salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and extra cheese, is available to order for delivery from Chipotle.com throughout the month of May. It costs $12.10, and contains 1,370 calories.

Chipotle's new menu also includes a bespoke bowl from Fraser's fellow CrossFit athlete, the "Fittest Woman on Earth," Tia-Clair Toomey. "I'm constantly keeping my body fueled so I’m never feeling hungry," Toomey told Women's Health earlier this year. "Whatever my body feels or wants tends to determine what I’m eating." Here's what the winner of 2019's CrossFit Games tends to eat in an average day.

In addition to putting their names to this new menu, Fraser and Toomey have also been hosting live workouts and Q&As on Instagram in partnership with Chipotle.
