'Criminal Minds’ Star Shemar Moore’s Girlfriend Posts Heartfelt Tribute to Him on Instagram

Shemar Moore is enjoying fatherhood, and his girlfriend Jesiree Dizon helped him observe a major milestone in his latest phase in life.

Back in January, the Criminal Minds alum announced that he and his partner were expecting a baby girl. A few weeks later, the couple welcomed daughter Frankie. Fast forward, over the weekend, Shemar marked his own rite of passage by celebrating his first Father's Day. As a way to commemorate the occasion, Jesiree posted a personal video montage of sweet moments between the father and daughter. Alongside the video, she also penned a sentimental note reflecting on the presence the actor has on their lives.

"Daddy looks good on you 😍🥰," she wrote on Instagram on June 18. "HAPPY FIRST FATHER’S DAY, STUD. We love and appreciate you more than you know ❤️."

Given how Jesiree doesn't often post about her relationship with the S.W.A.T. star online, folks adored reading her affectionate message for him. What's more, they proceeded to shower Shemar with their own kind words about the big day.

Shortly after Jesiree paid tribute to her partner, Shemar reflected on this stage of life with his own Instagram post. Uploading images of him holding Frankie, he remembered his late mother Marilyn (who died in February 2020) while sharing how much being a father changed him.

"[First] Father’s Day EVER … for me!!!" he wrote. "BLESSED and GRATEFUL!! My father wasn’t in my life … I never celebrated Father’s Day … I celebrated and honored MY MOTHER all day everyday my entire 50 years with her."

Shemar continued: "My mother’s dream was to be a grandmother. But my girl Jesiree loves on me and gave me/us Momma Marilyn’s Dream and MY LIL MIRACLE... Now Frankie is my purpose for the rest of my life!!! With all that I have experienced and accomplished, my daughter is my GREATEST TRIUMPH!!!"
