These Cream Puffs Are STUFFED With Matcha Cream

I have an unorthodox way of finding new restaurants or bakeries to try. I open up Apple Maps (yes, you read that right) and search the area I'll be in. That's how I found Bibble & Sip. The name basically begged me to click on the icon. Then, I saw a photo of their cream puffs.

These cream puffs are, and I mean this in every sense of the word, HUGE. They're at least a couple of inches tall and bursting with cream so that the puff pulls are insane. But the cafe doesn't just sell cream puffs. It also offers adorable handmade animal-themed macarons, tarts, and mini cakes that are *almost* too cute to eat.

My favorite cream puff was probably the cookies & cream. It tasted exactly like an Oreo milkshake. Their matcha, earl grey, and black sesame flavors are always available, but they have a ton of new flavors that rotate like their cookies & cream and Snickers.
