Air Fryer Egg Rolls
Since this recipe includes the not-so-traditional act of air frying, we figured we'd keep the filling classic with carrots, celery, cabbage and crispy pork. However, any multitude of fillings could work (and we recommend you experiment)! Check out our antipasto, Reuben, or our buffalo chicken egg rolls for inspo.

Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
The key to that tasty BBQ flavor on these drumsticks lies in both the sauce and the technique of glazing the drumsticks. Returning them to the air fryer sets the glaze to finger-licking stickiness (a GREAT thing in our book). If you already have a favorite brand of BBQ sauce, streamline the recipe and use 1 cup of that instead of our homemade version.

Air Fryer Drumsticks
This dish is loosely inspired by two Chinese dishes: fragrant and umami-filled Cantonese soy sauce chicken and a dish that was popular in 80’s and 90’s in China, Coca Cola wings. Instead of poaching the chicken like is traditional in Soy Sauce Chicken, you'll get the soy-marinated chicken slightly crispy and perfectly tender in the air fryer. Then you'll use the reserved marinade, along with some Coke, to make a sticky, sweetish sauce. Yum!

Air Fryer Cauliflower
Cauliflower, when broken up into florets, kind of already resembles popcorn (you can't unsee it!), so we decided to lean into that with this recipe. We added turmeric and clarified butter (or ghee) to get the iconic look and taste of buttered popcorn. Try swapping in coconut oil to make it dairy-free too.

This filling is loosely based on a very traditional Mexican (top-secret!) recipe. Once you've got the pastry down, you can pretty much stuff them with anything!
