Of Course Pamela Anderson Sat Front Row at Chanel’s Beach-Themed Show
Today, Pamela Anderson made a cameo at Chanel’s beach-themed Spring 2019 show. The look, naturally, was nothing like the lifeguard uniform of her Baywatch days. Anderson traded her signature red bathing suit for a classic white Chanel jacket, top, and mini skirt. And while the models went barefoot on the runway turned seashore, Anderson opted for a pump and carried a charming purse. She did keep on a pair of shades; no word if she recreated the show’s slo-mo run.
While her attendance may seem out of the ordinary, Anderson isn’t an unlikely Paris Fashion Week guest. She has been dating French soccer player Adil Rami since 2017, and her style has taken quite the Parisian turn over the past several months. Her black-and-white Instagram @pamelaanderson is filled with Left Bank references like quotes from director Jean-Luc Godard and the image of author Anaïs Nin. Judging by her feed, the actress speaks French and writes her captions in the language, as well. Not to mention she bears some resemblance to Brigitte Bardot. In other words, c’est chic.
