Wedding of a Lifetime, the latest Hallmark Channel rom-com puts more of an emphasis on the "com" part of the equation this time around. A couple who has seemingly fallen out of love decide to break it off but before they can announce their uncoupling, they find out they've been entered into a couples' competition series.

What is Wedding of a Lifetime about?
When Darby (Brooke D'Orsay) and Jake (Jonathan Bennett), who have been sweethearts since high school, realize they've been engaged for a decade, they decide to break it off and go their separate ways. Before they can tell their families of the break-up, they learn that the whole town has nominated the two to participate in a reality competition show for engaged couples with the grand prize being a televised all-expenses paid "Wedding of a Lifetime!"
Not wanting to disappoint their family and friends even though they are uncomfortable keeping up the pretense of their engagement and knowing the nationally televised series may boost their careers, the two decide to continue with the charade.
Will Darby and Jake's now-faux engagement be discovered or will the competition rekindle their romance?

Jonathan Bennett
Bennett recently signed a deal with Hallmark Media to star in a number of movies for their networks. He is best known for his roles in Mean Girls, Veronica Mars, and Cheaper By the Dozen 2. He previously starred in The Christmas House, The Christmas House 2: Deck Those Halls, and Elevator Girl opposite his Mean Girls co-star Lacey Chabert.

Brooke D'Orsay
Best known for her roles on Two and a Half Men and Royal Pains, D'Orsay also played Deb, the model who dies an untimely death but whose soul returns to earth in the body of plus-sized lawyer (played by Brooke Elliott) in Drop Dead Diva.
She has previously starred in A Dickens of a Holiday! and How to Fall in Love for Hallmark Channel.
