Couple Recreates JCPenney Photoshoot with Their Cat in Matching Denim Outfits
If you are a person of a certain age then you probably remember portrait studios. Department stores like Sears or JCPenney or even K-Mart had portrait studios where your entire family would get together, usually around holidays, and all wear matching outfits and engage in ridiculous poses and it was basically the best.
Well the TikTok account for @cassidyrd decided to do just that wearing matching denim. Including their adorable cat. Watch the following clip to see the hysterical results.

TikTok users are loving this whole photoshoot and @Abby comments, "Not the Jean jacket on the cat. I love it. I’m living for it." @Finger adds, "The photographer must’ve felt like the luckiest person alive that day." @Teddy says, "Fine, I’ll start searching for coordinating vintage outfits for my family of four and my Maine Coon. Off to make the appointment!" LOL! Everyone is getting in the spirit! @Kayden adds, "I work at a JC Penney and showed my boss. They loved it!" @Lennox replies, "You win.... whatever it is....you just win." @Ashley says, "This is everything I've ever wanted!!! Gahh."
A lot of times your local shelter or animal supply store will hire a photographer to come in for families to do these sorts of photoshoots with their pets, or you can contact your local department store's photo portrait studio and ask what their policy is regarding adding the family pet to your photos.
Now we all need to find coordinating outfits to match our pets and have a photoshoot with them! It's never too early to start thinking about those holiday cards!
