A ~new season~ means it's time for new music. Said music should make you feel things, whether it be happiness, anger, excitement, or pain. Below, a little bit of alllllll of that.

1. Jenna Paulette ("ILSYM")

The singer-songwriter (who calls her style of music "New West") wrote a super-sweet song about how she felt in the moments leading up to her wedding. Hence all the "I love you so much," etc. So cute!

2. Sarah Darling ("Wasted")

"Wasted" is deeply personal to Darling and took about seven years to get right, she told Billboard upon its release: "It’s the story of a person who is being completely wasted in the relationship and invisible when they could be such a beautiful thing.”

3. Morgan Evans ("Kiss Somebody")

Not only is this dude Queen Kelsea Ballerini's husband, but he's also now officially released music from Nashville (Evans isn't new to country, though - this single is now certified platinum in Australia, where he's from). “It’s hard to describe the feeling,” he said of the song's success.

4. The Reklaws ("Long Live The Night")

The Canadian brother-sister duo blew up earlier this year when they made it on to #CoolPrimeMinister Justin Trudeau's Spotify playlist. What else could you possibly need to know?

5. Haley & Michaels ("Me Too")

Shannon Haley and Ryan Michaels became some of the first to directly mention the words "me too" in a song following the resurgence of the #MeToo movement. They approached #MeToo founder Tarana Burke and asked her to add her words to the mix. The video features Burke, as well as the couple's friends, family, and survivors of sexual assault.

6. Carly Pearce ("Hide the Wine")

This lady sang a beautiful song about wine and sex and stuff. It's so good. Happy springtime, friends.
