Honestly, Trader Joe's cult-fave cauliflower gnocchi just doesn't do it for me. I want the good stuff (i.e. carbs and cheese) and Costco's the one with it. Not that we're surprised. Costco's got everything, including a cheese-stuffed gnocchi that I intend on eating every single day for the rest of my life.

Oh, you think I'm being dramatic??? LOOK AT IT.

This isn't some run-of-the-mill gnocchi. According to POPSUGAR, it's not only filled with cheese...it's filled with three different kinds of cheese. The skillet pasta is a crisp, potato-based gnocchi and features a blend of mozzarella, emmental, and comté. The 26-ounce bag retails for $7 and is super easy to assemble. Just toss the contents on your stove.

While, yes, it's reportedly sold at Costco (yay!), availability does vary (ugh!). But even if it's not stocked at your go-to location, chances are you'll find it elsewhere. The Olivieri Pasta is sold at a bunch of other retailers, including Walmart.

If you're a die-hard Trader Joe's fan and refuse to stray, but are still with me on the whole gnocchi needs carbs thing, here you go. TJ's is selling Outside-In Stuffed Gnocchi, which is filled with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. It's basically pizza gnocchi, guys. That's like everyone's two favorite foods combined into one. Plus, it's available in 16-ounce bags and is made in Italy. How authentic!
