Costco Is Selling A Massive Red Velvet Cake That's Filled With Brownie Chunks And Cream Cheese Mousse

If you haven't already figured out what you're doing for Valentine's Day, I hate to break it to you, but you don't have a TON of time left to sort something out. Even if your plans are simply to order take-out, watch movies, and sit on the couch, make the plans! If you still need a bit more inspiration, maybe this red velvet cake from Costco will spark some plans in your mind.

The treat in question is a red velvet cake made with cream cheese mousse, brownie chunks, and cream cheese icing. It's even topped with adorable little chocolate hearts, just in case you forgot what holiday was coming up. Plus, this cake is a big boy that comes in at more than two pounds! That's a whole lot of cake.

The cake, which costs about $16 was spotted by Instagrammer @CostcoBuys, who had people raving about the cake in the comments.

"Tastes amazing. Had it last night," someone bragged.

"Yum!" another commented.

Of course, like anything from our beloved Costco, what's available at your local store can vary wildly, especially when it comes to the bakery section. But judging by comments from people who have spotted it in their stores, chances are pretty good you can find it at yours. At the very least, I'm sure you can find some sort of Valentine's Day treat to make you very happy. Perhaps a chocolate-covered cheesecake?
