We can always count on Costco to wow us with fun appetizers, entrées, and desserts that make planning a casual dinner or full-on party much easier. The newest item that has caught our eyes on shelves are the Mini Cheesecakes from Junior’s, the famous New York City bakery and diner, which will give each of your guests their own bite.

The 2.25-pound box is filled with a total of 24 mini cheesecakes with three flavors: eight Original, eight Chocolate Swirl, and eight Strawberry Swirl. Each one is 1.5 ounces, so it’s ideal for when you don’t want a full slice — or want to trick yourself into thinking that shoving three in your mouth isn’t equivalent to just eating a slice.

This isn’t the first time Costco has carried Junior’s products. It’s had a heart-shaped cheesecake for Valentine’s Day and egg-shaped mousse cake for Easter. Thanks to Instagram account @snackbetch, we know that these are available for the unforeseeable future. We’re not telling you what to do with your money, but if you happen to have $19.99 just laying around …

These mini cheesecakes are even smaller than the Little Fellas that Junior’s has listed on its websites, which are 4 ounces each. All it takes to enjoy them is taking them out of the freezer to defrost. So for the next time you don’t feel like baking something from scratch, grab a tray, fill it with plenty of the minis, and watch every single one slowly disappear.
