Is there anything better than strolling into Costco, food court hot dog in hand, grabbing an enormous cart, and filling it to the brim with everything from discounted Hunter boots and $4 rotisserie chickens to underrated Costco products and bargain-priced baby products? Sure, they may not be serving free samples at some of their stores for awhile thanks to COVID-19, but overall the shopping experience is full of delights. Especially when you come across a favorite product that you never expected to see, which is what happened when we discovered that See’s Candies Peanut Brittle is being sold at Costco.
See’s Candies is a gourmet candy company that’s been in business since 1921. They have stand-alone stores, but you’ll also find them in airports – getting a See’s lollipop at an airport kiosk is honestly one of the tastiest ways to pass time on your flight.
According to Costco fan account CostcoDeals on Instagram, See’s Candies peanut brittle is currently being sold at Costco stores in the northwest. You can get a hefty 24-ounce box for $16.99 (price may vary). Time to book a flight to Seattle!
The brittle is crunchy, crispy, sweet, buttery, and just a little salty, sticking to your teeth in the best possible way. It’s a great movie snack to munch on (crumble it up and add it to a bowl of popcorn if you really want to treat yourself), and it also makes for a great gift.
So to be clear, not only can you get discounted footwear and cheap rotisserie chicken at Costco, but you can now also get bulk-sized gourmet peanut brittle? Sounds like it’s time to finally sign up for a Costco membership, doesn’t it!
