Costco Has Keto-Friendly Ice Cream Bars You’ll Be Eating All Summer
Being on the keto diet means you usually have to give up some of the most delicious stuff in life, like massive bowls of pasta and ice cream. That can be a serious struggle! But plenty of keto fans swear it’s worth it, even when everyone else around you is snacking on delicious-looking ice cream bars while you just…sit there.
Thankfully, more and more brands are coming up with solutions to this problem and you can snap up one of the latest at your local Costco. The cult-favorite store is currently selling giant packs of keto-friendly ice cream bars so you’ll never run out. They’re called Keto Pint ice cream bars, and they look like a keto-ed version of your classic chocolate-covered ice cream bar.
The bars—which come in a sea salt caramel flavor—were spotted at Costco by Instagram account @CostcoGuy4U, and they look yummy.

People were pretty excited in the comments. “Squeal!” one wrote. “Worth it!” someone else said. Others verified that these bars taste as good as they look. “These are sooooo good! ” one person explained.
Here’s the tea on the bars: Each bar has two grams of net carbs and no added sugar. They’re also gluten-free and soy-free and they contain MCT oil. They also have 11 grams of carbs per bar, 17 grams of fat, and 3 grams of protein.
According to @CostcoGuy4U, the bars are $11.99 for a 12-pack. If your local Costco doesn't seem to have them or you're not a Costco member, Keto Pint will actually ship ice cream to your door when you order at least $55 worth of ice cream from its website. Hey, for ice cream you can snack on all summer long, that’s doable.
