Costco has a pretty incredible bakery section. From fruity cherry danishes to sweet cinnamon rolls and flaky croissants, there’s something that will satisfy everyone’s taste buds. However, TikToker @costcoguide just spotted a new cookie that they are calling “the best cookie they ever tried” and “the most delicious cookie at the Costco bakery.”

The Almond Florentine Cookie with a chocolate drizzle is a crispy, buttery, and nutty treat, also known as a lace cookie. “I’m not even out of the Costco parking lot, and this is all I have left of these new cookies that they have,” said @costcoguide in the video, holding up a crumb of the dessert. “They are so, so good.”

Lace cookies are typically very thin and crunchy, composed of butter, sugar, and salt. Some recipes call for nuts, while others call for oats, but they always resemble the lacy delicate fabric due to the cookie’s pattern.

TikToker @costcohotfinds also shared the news of this popular item in a video in which they called the cookies “hard to stop eating.” People in the comments agreed as they sang the treat’s praises.

“I have purchased so many of these this year. Delicious!!” wrote one commenter.

The cookies come in a pack of 16 for $8.99 a box and can be found in the bakery section, assuming there are some left in stock for you to take home. You’ll have to try this treat for yourself to see if they’re really worth the hype — but we think they will be.
