We love entertaining our friends and family during the holiday season, but cooking each meal from scratch may only sometimes be an option. Thankfully, some stellar alternatives allow us to pick up freezer-friendly meals and pop them in the oven for that homemade feel without getting our hands dirty.

Costco has already given us solid, ready-to-bake meals that make dinner a cinch. Who doesn’t love heat-and-eat meatloaf with mashed potatoes?

Now, the mega wholesale club is making dinner or brunch even easier with delicious ready-to-bake quiches that are perfect for entertaining or simply when craving a hearty breakfast.

Costco’s Quiche 2-Pack from La Terra Fina Gourmet Collection

If you’re having loved ones over during the holidays and looking for a brunch dish to wow them, you’re in luck. Costco has a pack of two quiches from the La Terra Fina Gourmet Collection that will be perfect for entertaining without keeping you in the kitchen all morning.

The ready-to-bake quiches serve five people, and with two different flavors—Aged Gruyère & Chèvre and Sharp Cheddar & Broccoli Florets—these are some tasty options we’re pretty sure any guest will want to devour.

On a recent Reddit thread, one user said, “We like them for an easy breakfast on the weekends,” and another agreed that these quiches are “excellent!” One comment even said these are so good that they wish the box came “in a four pack.”

Unfortunately, only two are in a box, but we’re not complaining. The Sharp Cheddar and Broccoli Florets quiche is super cheesy, while the Aged Gruyère and Chèvre quiche is earthy and herb-forward. Both quiches are made with cage-free eggs using only the egg whites.

You can keep these in the freezer or the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat, choosing to bake them in the oven for roughly a half hour or heat them in the microwave for only a couple of minutes.

Instagram's Costodeals posted that these quiches are great when served “hot or room temperature for breakfast, lunch or dinner or a special holiday brunch this season.” Several users responded, saying these quiches are “the best.”

While we love them warmed for brunch with fresh fruit, they can be enjoyed any time of the day with a salad, roasted veggies, soup, or whatever you crave.
