Costco’s New Delicious Dinner Find That I'll Be Cooking All Summer
We’re getting closer and closer to grilling season every day, which means it’s time to start stocking up on all of our favorite grilling essentials. Costco always has my back when it comes to getting my freezer stocked with all of the summer dinner essentials I need, and the store’s latest product drop is one that I absolutely can’t wait to buy: elote-inspired chicken burgers.
Now available at Costco, Amylu is selling their Elote Recipe Charbroiled Chicken Burgers made with roasted corn, jalapeños, and quesadilla cheese. These chicken burgers don’t have any nitrates, they are gluten-free, and are made with chicken that have been raised with no antibiotics. Each pack comes with 10 burgers, and are sold at $13.99. That’s only $1.40 a burger!
We have a feeling these burgers are exactly the kind of thing you’re going to want to have on hand when the summer rolls around. Grill these burgers (or pan-fry them) and slide them onto a brioche bun with fresh veggies and this copycat Big Mac burger sauce. Or keep it on theme and add your favorite elote-inspired ingredients to this sandwich, with a homemade crema and cotija cheese. Feta cheese or grated Parmesan also work well here! And of course, you can’t go wrong with a side of grilled corn with your burger — and a spicy margarita!
