Overnight oats have become increasingly popular over the years as a nutrient-dense breakfast choice that doesn’t require too much effort. The dish is basically a no-cook version of your standard oatmeal, so instead of cooking your oats on the stove or microwaving a package of the instant version, you soak the oats in milk overnight, making them soft and ready to eat. Some have opted to mix the oats with chia seeds or flax seeds and then top them with fruit like berries or bananas.

While overnight oats are a hearty and convenient option for breakfast, they do require foresight and preparation. We’re all human, though, and sometimes we forget to prepare meals. Luckily, Costco has a new product that will allow for overnight oats in a pinch — without any of the prep work.

As seen in an Instagram Reel by @costcobuys, the bulk retailer is now selling MUSH Overnight Oats. Each container is perfectly portioned for an easy grab-and-go breakfast in three flavors: strawberry, vanilla, and blueberry. The oats are plant-based, gluten-free, rich in protein, and don’t contain any added sugar. While the brand encourages people to eat the oats cold, I personally enjoy them warm (but you’ll need to transfer them to a microwave-safe bowl). Even if you choose to consume these hot, they do need to be stored in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat.

You can grab a box of eight at your local Costco warehouse for $6.99. If you have seen these at your local grocer, you may have noticed that each individual cup sells for about $2, so with eight for $7, you’re truly getting a great deal. However, it’s important to note that these will only be available at Costco through March 31, 2024, so make sure to grab a couple of boxes when you see them.
