Converse Japan's New Starfire SC J Series Lands in Three Essential Colorways

Converse Japan has revealed its latest offering, the Made in Japan Starfire SC Js, blending a vintage aesthetic with a contemporary silhouette and paying homage to the iconic late '70s Star Cruiser design.

The lineup features the original red tone alongside fresh additions in sleek grey and stealthy black. Moreover, the Starfire SC Js showcase long-haired suede layered atop a robust Cordura ripstop base, ensuring durability against daily wear.

A Vibram Megagrip sole takes the spotlight, delivering steadfast traction across terrains, perfect for both urban and outdoor environments. The comfort parallels the performance, as Ortholite insoles provide lasting cushioning and support.

Converse Japan has priced the Starfire SC Js at ¥22,000 JPY a piece (approximately $150 USD). A release date is yet to be confirmed, but you can sign up for arrival notifications on Converse's official website.
