Connections Game Answers for Sunday, September 17, 2023:
1. FRUITS: APRICOT, FIG, GRAPE, LIME
2. LUXURIOUS: DELUXE, GRAND, LAVISH, OPULENT
3. BEST ACTRESS OSCAR WINNERS: BERRY, FOSTER, STONE, SWANK
4. WHAT "GREEN" MIGHT MEAN: ENVIOUS, FRESH, NAIVE, UNWELL
OK, Connections #98—you had some interesting fake-outs in here. BERRY seemed like it could have gone with the other fruit, and SWANK was somewhat similar to the other "luxurious" terms.
I'll admit that when I grouped the fourth category together, I personally thought the category was related to "feelings," so I was surprised to see the connection to "green" instead, but it made sense after!
I was able to solve all four today without using up my guesses—much better than yesterday's experience!
