Frame TVs transcended their social media hype into a legitimate interior design consideration. It’s a must-want on everyone’s Christmas wish list (at least, anyone who’s into the whole minimalism thing). The Frame TV’s whole shtick is that fades into the background, but the technology is also excellent. It’s QLED, it’s 4K, it’s Smart with a capital “S” and is largely considered the gold standard of the brand’s TV lineup.

It costs a pretty penny, but the visual quality is excellent, and it looks at least a little bit classier than other TVs.
It’s aimed at people who think TVs are an eyesore — including vibey influencers on the internet — and it executes the mission perfectly. The Frame displays art when you’re not using it, with a matte screen and a thick border that blends in with a living room gallery or decorative mantle. It also comes with a slim-fit wall mount, which limits cable clutter and adds to the impression that you’ve wandered into an art museum. To add to the effect, users can access artwork from galleries and museums through a subscription to Samsung’s Art Store, which includes over 1,400 pieces.
The specs are great too. QLED produces a much brighter picture than its OLED counterparts, but the Frame’s matte screen keeps it from producing a glare when it’s in Monet Mode. Samsung says that the Frame TV’s Quantum HDR is a step above HD, providing an expanded range of color and contrast, making blacks darker and whites brighter.
Online reviewers praise the easy installation and setup, the matte screen finish, and overall image quality.
