Cancer and Friends was founded by area cancer survivor, Elaine Raschke to assist cancer patients, survivors, spouses, friends, family members, as well as professional and unpaid caregivers.

“The purpose of the group is to see that no one feels alone at this point in their life," Raschke said in a statement. "We want you to know that we are here for you threefold, in body, mind and spirit."

The April 30 meeting topic will be “Get Acquainted through Round Table Discussion.” Raschke can be reached for questions via call or text at 989-350-4391 or via email at elaineraschke@gmail.com.
