If there is one thing that team manager Max Commencal is best at it is spotting young talent. He sponsored from a young age many decorated riders like Myriam Nicole, Amaury Pierron, and Thibaut Dapréla. The team might have just done it again.

On January 24, 2024, Commencal Muc-Off announced that it was signing French teenage twins Max and Till Alran to their factory team. See the announcement below.

The announcement of the juniors comes after Commencal Muc-Off announced the signing of Dylan Maples.

The Alran brothers (bike riders not to be confused with Midnight Riders) are 16-year-old French riders who have been unstoppable in the French Youth series, which has famously produced an incredible depth of racers.

Max and Till will come of age to race in the Junior category of World Cups this year. The pair had a stellar 2023. Neither finished off a podium in a race they finished. In the IXS International Rookies Championship, Till and Max went 2-3 respectively behind Australian Tyler Waite.

Between The Alrans, Waite, and Asa Vermette the next two years are stacking up for an epic battle in the Junior category.

Though speedsters come from all around the world, looking at the depth of French talent at the top of the World Cup each race would make you a fool to bet against their development system.
