COMME des GARÇONS HOMME and New Balance Drop the New 1906R

COMME des GARÇONS HOMME has become known for its footwear prowess, particularly where its New Balance collaborations are concerned. In previous times, the Rei Kawakubo-founded label has teamed up with the footwear brand to create black-and-white iterations of its popular silhouettes, including the classic 550 and 580.

Now, the Japanese label has taken over New Balance's 1906R silhouette to create (yep, you've guessed it) two black and white colorways. First up, is a mostly white iteration which sees an intricate upper drenched in white, complete with an all-black heel cage and sole unit.

As for the black pair, the sleek hue takes over the entirety of the silhouette, rounded out by COMME des GARÇONS HOMME branding across the shoe's tongue and sock liner which appears in white for a hint of contrast.

Take a closer look at the new COMME des GARÇONS HOMME and New Balance collaboration above, slated for release on November 17 via COMME des GARÇONS HOMME authorized retailers such as Dover Street Market at a starting price of approx. $308 USD.
