Colts make roster moves along defensive line

The Indianapolis made roster moves Saturday along the defensive line.

They claimed Byron Cowart off waivers from New England and waived Scott Patchan.

Cowart, 26, played in 19 games over the 2019 and '20 seasons for the Patriots. He got in on 27 tackles over 14 games in 2020 but missed last season due to an unspecified injury.
