Colton Underwood Says He‘ll Definitely Dye His Hair Platinum Again, and I Think I Just Heard Angels Singing

Colton Underwood’s hair has been on a JOURNEY recently. Last week, the former Bachelor posted a photo in which his typically golden brown locks were straight-up platinum. Seriously, his hair was almost silver. The new look was actually incredible...which is why it was so devastating to see that he dyed it back to his natural color only a few days later.

Are you familiar with the emotional roller coaster that is dying your hair multiple times within the course of a few days? Let me tell you, it is pure emotional chaos. As someone who has gone from black to blonde to brown in one week, I was low-key worried for Colton’s well-being when he had a mini platinum phase. Obviously, I really wanted to check in on Colton, which is why I jumped on the chance to interview him at his “Lose Your Veginity” event with MorningStar Farms. (Also, I really wanted to see Colton in an apron. I was not disappointed.)

Have no fear: Colton’s totally fine. It’s not like he dramatically got bangs or something. Basically, he says that his spur of the moment dye job was just for funsies.

“I was just experimenting. I always joke with Cass, like, I’m gonna go platinum! I’m gonna go platinum! She left for a week of residency for school in Wisconsin, so I was sort of bored. So...I was like, I’m just gonna go dye my hair platinum! So I did, and it actually looked decent.”

We stan a self-confident king!!

I would also like to point out that with platinum hair, Colton looks almost identical to Cal Jacobs (Nate’s awful but extremely hot dad) from Euphoria. Just sayin’.

“I was going to post a picture of me doing it full out, but I was like, I’ll wait for an actual event,” Colton explains. “But then, I had this, and I can’t come here with platinum hair. But I will have platinum hair again.”

There you have it, folks. Colton Underwood’s youthful silver fox look will be back in action sometime soon. I am literally counting down the hours.
