Looks like Cassie Randolph has been granted a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Colton Underwood following claims that he’s been “stalking and harassing” her since their breakup.

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, it’s revealed that Colton must stay 100 yards away from Cassie—as well as her car, her home, and her workplace—until October 6, when they’re both expected to appear at a court hearing. He also can’t be in direct or indirect contact with her.

In addition to allegations that Colton placed a tracking device on Cassie’s car, the documents also reveal text messages between the former couple—including one sent in June where Colton called Cassie “a selfish person who isn’t ready to be loved” and said she was “shady.” Per Us Weekly, he apologized and said, “It’s crazy to think we used to be in a position of love. I ask myself all the time how someone who I loved and loved me could do the things they do and say the things they do.”

In another text, Colton reportedly said, “I have a million questions and all of them I don’t know if I want the answers to” and “My heart hurts a lot right now and I miss my best friend, my lover and the one person I never expected to lose. I’ve grown so much with you so far and had a list of things I was looking forward to talking to you about over dinner tomorrow. Anyway, I only want the best for you and all of these feelings are coming from a place of love.” Documents allegedly state that Cassie replied, saying she would always “really care” about Colton and hoped they could end up “being cool with each other.”

A source previously told Us Weekly that Colton hasn’t spoken to Cassie “in a month” and that “He’s been in Colorado and this was all a surprise. He was completely blindsided.” Meanwhile, People reports that Cassie filed the restraining order after finding out Colton was coming back into town. Per a source: “When she found out he was coming back in town, she was scared and felt she needed to pursue legal help.”
