Colorado's Snowiest Ski Resort Picks Up 10 Inches Of Fresh

Wolf Creek in Colorado has all of its terrain open, and most recently, Wolf Creek Ski Area received 12" of snow in the latest storm.

In an Instagram post from Wolf Creek posted yesterdays, officials stated the simple but effective phrase we can all agree with: "Yay for snow!!"

There's a little more, of course, behind the celebratory "yay!"

Officials explained that "Wolf Creek welcomed 12 Inches of fresh snow for the latest storm!! The weekend is looking pretty fun!!"

The current midway snow depth is 28 inches; with a year to day snowfall total of 69 inches. Conditions are Powder/Packed Powder with early season conditions and unmarked obstacles.

As the resort that gets the most snow in Colorado, perhaps none of this is a surprise.

Side note: we're a huge fan of Wolf Creek for being 100% solar powered.

Wolf Creek is 80 miles east of Durango, CO, and 65 miles west of Alamosa, CO.

What you gonna do, what you gonna do with all that pow!

Open your whole resort and welcome everyone in, if you're Wolf Creek!
