Cole Sprouse Just Revealed If He Would Ever Do a “Suite Life of Zack and Cody” Reboot

Cole Sprouse will be returning to our TV screens in just a few hours for the premiere of Riverdale season five, but unfortunately, it seems like Jughead is the only character he's going to be embodying any time soon. The actor just gave an update on the possibility of a Suite Life of Zack and Cody reboot and some fans are not going to like what he had to say.

While talking to Drew Barrymore on The Drew Barrymore Show on Tuesday, Cole shared his thoughts on reboots in general.

"Reboots are a tricky thing, you know?" he said to Drew. "The original shows, when they become successful, sit within this golden little plate of nostalgia, and when you modernize it and go back to it, it has the potential to really disenfranchise the original fan base. So it's a very, very touchy thing."

Cole then got more specific, turning to his own, nostalgia-filled show, Suite Life. "I'm asked all the time if Dylan and I are going to do a Suite Life reboot, and I go, 'No, absolutely not.'"

Welp, there you have it. It looks like a Suite Life reboot is not in our future. And I would probably let go of any hope for a Suite Life On Deck reboot as well. Oh well, at least we get to see Cole on our screens in Riverdale tonight.
