The cold shoulder is the hottest fashion trend.

To create a flash of skin at the neckline and emphasize their figures, the following fashionistas chose cunning designs that effortlessly drape a single sleeve across one shoulder.

Attending her first Met Gala, Pamela Anderson was one to (Bay) watch in bespoke Oscar de la Renta on May 6. A nude-toned, custom, crinkled chiffon gown with micro-pleating fit the actress like a dream, while nearly 200 carats of pink Pandora diamonds glittered on her bare shoulder.

In March, “Abbott Elementary” multi-hyphenate Quinta Brunson schooled us in style at the 2024 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. The Emmy winner earned an A+ for her jewel-encrusted Marc Bouwer design that hugged her figure and flared out as it hit the floor.

Never one to shy from a fashion challenge, supermodel Heidi Klum said “auf Wiedersehen!” to ordinary denim while buttoned up in a Sonia Carrasco look at the Fashion Trust US Awards in April.

Sheryl Lee Ralph, who won an Emmy as Brunson’s sitcom co-star, shined brightly at the 2024 NAACP Image Awards back in March. Wearing an off-one-shoulder look from Georges Hobeika’s fall-winter 2023 collection, Ralph rocked the daring green shade with ease.

Finally, also attending this year’s Met Gala, Sydney Sweeney brought the “Garden of Time” dress code to life.

The “Anyone But You” star was resplendent in a pale-blue Miu Miu princess gown adorned with delicate stems — and nearly unrecognizable with the addition of a jet-black wig.

What is unmistakable, however, is that these tastemakers’ high-low sleeves are continuing to have a moment.
