These Cocktails Will Make You Fall In Love With Gin

If we had a dollar for every time someone told us they hate gin, we'd have a lot of dollars. If we had a dollar for every time someone who told us that had changed their mind after they tasted one of thesecocktails, we'd have almost the same number of dollars.

The bright, astringent qualities of this juniper-based spirit pair uncommonly well with fruit and herbs, and are also neutral enough to let other, more complex liquors shine when they're combined. When was the last time you had agin cocktail? And no, a gin and tonic doesn't count. Don't get us wrong, a gin and tonic is a lovely drink, but the cocktails below, from classic to innovative, are the way that gin was made to be enjoyed. With warmer temperatures ahead, we're looking forward to the ice cold, refreshing qualities of gin.
