Cockatoo's Reaction to Hearing Dad Getting Ice Cream Is So Human-Like

If you have a sweet tooth, I have a feeling you're going to relate to this bird. Not only did he have one of the biggest cases of FOMO that I've ever seen, but he was relentless about sharing a few bites (or more) of his parents' ice cream. He reminded me exactly of a little kid who caught their parents digging into the secret dessert stash!

Bandit the Cockatoo has a personality that's as large as can be, and it certainly comes in handy when he's begging for a taste of his parents' ice cream. In fact, the way the cheeky bird reacted when he realized what was going on was just priceless!

LMAO! @Banditthecockatoo acts just like a little kid, and it's too cute to resist. No wonder his mom gave him a couple bites of her ice cream! I do have to wonder, though...did she get a new spoon before feeding herself the rest of the bowl?

Of course, this sassy Cockatoo's fans asked more important questions, like @gamegirl1066mickey's "What's Bandit's favorite flavor?" These are the need-to-know facts! As one may guess, this picky bird prefers something sweet and simple. It's vanilla, of course! He won't even touch sherbet, but I'd be lying if I didn't want to see him sampling a few new flavors, like strawberry or mint. However, chocolate can be toxic to birds and should be avoided!

Bandit's love for ice cream is relatable AF, though the ways the pet Cockatoo asks to share has me laughing so hard there are nearly tears in my eyes. His little voice is super expressive, and he has the gift of comedic timing. I nearly lost it when Mom said, "no more," and the vocal bird answered with, "daaamn!" He may not have gotten as much ice cream as he had hoped, but we'd call his sampling a success.
