Cobra Kai Season 6 Is in Production Netflix Reveals

Season six is going to be "the biggest, baddest and final season of Cobra Kai", Netflix reveals in tandem with a behind-the-scenes look at the cast and crew returning to set.

Created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg, the nine-time Emmy-nominated Cobra Kai follows a middle-aged Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence, who find themselves martial-arts rivals again 30 years after the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament.

With cast members including Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Martin Kove, Xolo Maridueña, Jacob Bertrand, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, Peyton List, Gianni DeCenzo, Courtney Henggeler, Vanessa Rubio, Dallas Dupree Young, Yuji Okumoto, Alicia Hannah-Kim, Griffin Santopietro, Oona O'Brien, the series will write its final chapter this year.

The short teaser shows Cobra Kai's cast and crew hard at work on set (and in martial arts classes) in Atlanta, where they reveal they "cannot wait to give [audiences] season six".

While not giving much away, they do divulge that "there's lots of surprises" and "it's gonna be a banger".
