Coach presented its Fall/Winter 2024 collection at New York Fashion Week this season, seemingly drawing inspiration from New York City cool kids. Fusing "American classicism" with "youthful counter-culture," the eclectic showcase presented a modern-day love story, infused with a contemporary approach to romanticism.

According to the show notes, Vevers' explains, "My vision for Fall was to explore the archetypes of codes of luxury, recontextualized through the progressive spirit of New York today. I was inspired by the city as a setting for love stories old and new, the tension between the romantic and picturesque and the real and spontaneous that is unique here. Embracing and celebrating love-worn textures and repurposed materials is critical to this vision. For us, it's about finding joy and purpose in being present, and championing the way the next generation is redefining heritage in their own way."

WHAT: Coach by Stuart Vevers, a New York love story like no other.

WHERE: The romantic showcase took place at the James B. Duke Mansion on New York City's Upper East Side.

WHO: The show was attended by Riverdale star Camila Mendez alongside Mia Regan, Storm Reid and Young Ji, amongst others.

SEE: Beauty was minimal with most models' hair pulled back in a wet look. Lived-in leather and denim characterized the collection, elevated by an array of bows in different forms, appearing on maxi skirts, chunky pink sweaters and spaghetti crop tops.

TOUCH: The ready-to-wear offering was completed by a playful selection of NYC-inspired accessories, tributing the brand's longstanding heritage. Models carried multiple bags, adorned with Yankees hats and I Heart NY accessories, alongside apples, mini cabs, pretzels and Statues of Liberty.

HEAR: The alluring soundtrack transported guests back in time to what felt like being inside a Disney Princess movie. Whimsical, fairytale-like energy was interspersed with energizing beat drops.

TASTE: If we could take away one thing from this collection, it's that bows are going nowhere fast.
