Cloud Eggs Will Make You Wonder Why You Ever Ate Eggs Another Way

You can scramble them, poach them, fry them and serve them sunny side up or in an omelette, but the newest way to prepare and enjoy the protein-packed egg is rather easy to do, too. First, separate the white from the yolk. Then, whisk the egg white until it resembles a cloud and then bake in the oven for about five minutes. Next, add the yolk to the middle of the fluffy egg whites, which at this point should look somewhat cloud like, and bake again for another few minutes.
