A Classic Adidas Sneaker That Shoppers Call the 'Perfect White Shoe' Is on Sale for as Low as $39

Adidas’ Stan Smith is one of the most popular minimalist white sneakers and is relatively affordable. But the iconic style isn't the only fashion sneaker in the brand's repertoire. The Adidas Advantage, another classic court shoe, bears a striking resemblance to the ubiquitous tennis sneaker. The Advantage typically costs a little bit less, but right now, it's on sale for its lowest price since 2022.
The Adidas Advantage Sneakers are now on sale for as little as $39—up to a 45% discount on the normal $70 price. These classic sneakers have earned more than 6,400 five-star ratings from shoppers who say they're "super comfortable." The shoes come in sizes 3.5 to 14, but some have started to sell out.

Like the Stan Smith, the Advantage sneaker is based on classic tennis shoes. And though you’re less likely to see either on the court these days, they’re still comfortable enough for casual matches. To keep the shoes affordable, Adidas designed them with synthetic leather that features 50% recycled content and no virgin polyester. The shoes have Adidas’ Cloudfoam sockliner, providing ample cushioning for a day spent on the go. The three-stripe motif is perforated on both sides of the shoe to increase airflow while a subtle honeycomb grid on the rubber sole adds extra traction.
Shoppers were impressed with the look of the shoes, with one calling them, “My favorite white kicks,” adding “I've bought two pairs of these shoes because the first pair started to get dirty. Now I have one pair for play, and one pair for going out.” Another shopper called them the “perfect white shoe,” adding, “These are my white going-out shoes and I expect them to get dirty, but they work and look good.”
In addition to the versatile style, shoppers also found them very comfortable. “These are very nice looking with shorts, jeans, or slacks and most of all, very comfortable on the feet,” a shopper said. Another shopper agreed, saying they're “great for walking around cities,” and that during a trip they had, they “walked around 12 miles a day and these felt great.”
