Clare Crawley’s Bachelorette contestants think it’s “messed up” that she reportedly ditched the show after 12 days.
Apparently, the set is a “sh*t show” right now and everyone “thinks it’s a big joke.”
Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams’ season of The Bachelorette is shaping up to be truly quality reality television, but that doesn’t mean things are going smoothly on-set right now. Far from it, apparently!
As a reminder, Clare appears to have quit the show after 12 days due to falling hard for contestant Dale Moss, who she’s currently (maybe) engaged to. ABC went ahead and cast Tayshia as the new Bachelorette, and apparently, she’ll be dating the guys who were originally rounded up for Clare. And speaking of said guys, they’re completely ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ at everything going on.
A source tells Life & Style that the season has been an organizational “sh*t show” and “everyone on-set thinks it’s a big joke. The contestants don’t know what’s going on, the producers don’t know what to do next…The guys don’t know what to do but laugh. They feel like they’ve been whipped around.”
That said, most contestants are just ~happy to be here~ despite Clare’s decision:
“The guys that are now left are just happy to get another chance at love,” the source said. “The show is going to go on with a new Bachelorette [aka Tayshia!] and they are excited. Producers have to be creative, but they like the element of surprise and are hoping it will draw more interest.”
But when it comes to Clare ditching them early for Dale, people aren’t thrilled: “No one saw it coming….The guys all think it’s messed up. They were following the rules while she was figuring out her favorite pre-production. Now, it’s clear they’re headed in a new direction.”
